Welcome! The 2022 cohorts of the CDP are tentatively scheduled for the following days and times:

Cohorts 17, January – September 2022. Australasia and Americas-friendly time zone
Cohort 18, January – September 2022. Europe-friendly and Americas-friendly time zone
CDP-Evolving, April – September 2022 (CDP Graduates only, please.)
Cohort 19, April – January 2022. Europe-friendly and Americas-friendly time zone
Cohort 20, August – May 2022. Australasia and Americas-friendly time zone

Creative Practice Gatherings (Self-Compassion through an expressive arts lens). Times to be announced.
