Community for Deepening Practice, Cohort 27
January 17, 2024 - September 4, 2024

▣ About the course:
◑ Apply
This 8-month-long course provides opportunities to deepen your self-compassion practice in a live, committed, global, online community. The CDP is a deepening and elaboration of MSC. Participants re-commit to integrating and embodying self-compassion in daily life through regular, long-term practice in community with others. Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, and the more slowly paced, spiral learning approach allows participants to savor the practices anew as a way to consciously embody, expand, and deepen their learning. This is also a good opportunity for emerging MSC teachers who wish to deepen their own practice in support of their future teaching endeavors. While the CDP invites rigorous self-contemplation, it is also designed to fit into your busy daily life. Please note: this is not a drop-in course.
