Community for Deepening Practice, Cohort 28

April 11 - November 21

▣ About the course:

◑ Apply

This 8-month course provides opportunities to deepen your self-compassion practice in a live, committed, global, online community. The CDP is a deepening and elaboration of MSC. Participants re-commit to integrating and embodying self-compassion in daily life through regular, long-term practice in community with others. Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, and the more slowly paced, spiral learning approach allows participants to savor the practices anew as a way to consciously embody, expand, and deepen their learning. This is also a good opportunity for emerging MSC teachers who wish to deepen their own practice in support of their future teaching endeavors. While the CDP invites rigorous self-contemplation, it is also designed to fit into your busy daily life.

Curious about the MSC-CDP, but have questions before committing? Join David and Kim on March 19 (8-9 a.m. Pacific / 4-5 p.m. UTC) for this relaxed hourlong conversation where you can meet the teachers and have your questions answered about the CDP, Cohort 28. Attendees receive a $100 discount off the course fee.

Pre-register for the info session here.
